Native from Venezuela and graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry of the Universidad de los Andes in 2009, she has more than 10 years of experience in her private practice offering honest and quality treatments, listening her patients needs and concerns.
Interested to provide better care and seeking professional growth, she studied at Universidad de Guadalajara the specialty in Periodontology, where her remarkable performance gave her the opportunity to carry out an exchange at the University of Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. Committed to keep evolving she completed a second postgraduate degree in surgical and prosthetic implant dentistry at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
Dr. Plaza belives in continuos improvement, that’s why she attends conferences in Mexico and the United States and is or has been member of different national and international associations, such as: Asociación Mexicana de Periodoncia, American Academy of Osseointegration and International Team for Implantology.
Dr. Laura Plaza dedicate her practice exclusively to periodontics and implant dentistry, and shares her time between dentistry and being a mother.
