He obtained his degree in Dental Surgeon in 2009 from the Faculty of Dentistry at Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. He decided to expand his professional practice studying the speciality in Periodontics and Implantology at Universidad de Guadalajara, where he stood out for doing research and publishing several papers, wich made him worthy of the 2013 national research award.
He was invited to participate in a Periodontics fellowship at Texas A&M; later he studied a master degree in “Surgical and Prosthetic Implant Dentistry” at the faculty of dentistry at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
Dr Ramírez is the author of several articles in different national and international scientific journals, he also lectures in different conferences in Mexico and abroad. He is currently a professor at he Faculty of Dentistry in Universidad Autónoma de Baja California and has been member of different associations:
